The Wedding

It feels like we were just throwing her bridal shower, and now the wedding has come an gone! My sister Amy married her sweetie, Philip, on Saturday at my parents' house on Lake Lewisville. It was a beautiful April day, and everyone had a wonderful time - congrats Amy and Philip!

Today, my sisters and I hosted a bridal shower for our youngest sister, Amy. She and Philip are getting married in just TWO WEEKS! We had a great time showering her with a button themed shower focused around the idea that they will soon be "fastened together" by God. It was a beautiful afternoon with lots of love!

Happy Easter!

We had a fabulous time this weekend celebrating Easter, and our Savior's triumph over death for our sins!

We kicked things off with a huge celebration in Longview, and then had an awesome family brunch at Heather and Blake's. Our boys were completely spoiled with state-of-the-art Easter baskets and lots of love from their grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles.
